maybe i'll see about demoing a web interface to this later so you people can use it to translate your j-pop lyrics (i've gotten good results with those btw)

You know, you should really look into whether any of this is patentable, or at least consider keeping it under wraps until you can sell it to one of the big boys.

Take your new input phrase, for example, google translates it similar to babelfish:

As for we working, the [ru]! Torment other who. We there is no spare time.

If it handles a wide variety of colloquial japanese language this well. I bet you could sell out to the goog, or at least get a cushy goog job out of it!

I've decided I definitely don't want to hand out the source code to the actual translator bit. There is absolutely no way I could not make some serious cash money on that.

But actually I do think you should first make a web interface type thing. Just to show it off and get people interested and so forth and possibly get crazy job/cashmoney offers.
