an open letter to grado labs

Grado Labs,

I am really digging your SR60 headphones, but could you please, in future, design the transducer enclosure in such a way that any loose hair within a foot of the ear pad does not worm its way inside and vibrate against the transducer all the fucking time oh my god I have never been so annoyed in my life.
