Date: 2008-05-29 06:46 pm (UTC)On one hand, they offer a lot of services with a very easy to configure user panel for a very low price.
On the other, their tech support is abysmal and their uptime has been less than optimal. The former is intentional on their part because they assume the latter won't happen, but it does. Blech.
Then again, I'm in a cluster that seems to always be a source of trouble. Others may have a more positive experience.

Date: 2008-06-02 09:01 pm (UTC)I asked to get moved back, they got SUPER anal about it and I ended up having to pay ~$80 more on my bill than I wanted to just to keep my server halfway stable because they would not move me back to shared hosting. Eventually, they ended up citing Stepmania (a freeware DDR simulator) as "illegal warez", and removed my hosting plan, after almost 4 years of using them. Neat-o.
