This is "Take Us Out" by Jerry Goldsmith, a cue from the 1993 film Rudy. I found something about it very striking when I first heard it at the age of 5 or 6 (in a trailer for the 1994 remake of Angels in the Outfield, IIRC). It was supposed to be my campaign song when I run for President.

God dammit.
